Trading Terms

Minimum Order Quantities:- There is no minimum order quantities on retail orders.

GST:- Prices are all in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Payments Accepted:- Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit. When payment is to be by Credit Card please indicate at time of order and we will phone you for your Credit Card details. To protect the security of your Credit Card, once payment is processed credit card details are destroyed. ( Minimum Credit card transaction is $15.00)

Shipping/Handling Policy:- Postage charges for destinations within Australia are as follows:

Before confirming order, total Postage is assessed and added to Order Total. Postage will vary and is dependant on weight at time of posting. Orders weighing 500gms or more and  provided the items will fit within an Australia Post 3kg satchel, postage will be $10.00. Postage will be advised when necessary for heavier items.

For all other parcels including for overseas, the applicable Australia Post parcel rate charge will apply from Woodford Qld. and will be advised when your order is confirmed.
